The Eu Zen Lifestyle

Daily Gut-First Inputs

Assorted fresh vegetables and ingredients on a kitchen table, including cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, spring onions, and various spices and condiments.

The real-life tools I use and recommend to make the Gut-First Performance Model™ sustainable, not theoretical. To live well is to know that food is medicine.

But how do we intake all the essential nutrients that we need, every day without it becoming one more thing to manage?

Consistency should not become one more thing to manage.

A sustainable gut-first strategy is built through repeatable inputs: what you eat, the cues that help your nervous system shift, and the routines that make supportive choices easier on full days.

These are examples of tools I use personally, may discuss with clients when they fit individual needs or help clients build into their own lives. They are not a universal protocol.

Plant variety, made more practical

Whole foods remain the foundation. On days when variety is harder to achieve, I use plant-based food concentrates and powders as one practical way to support consistency - not as a replacement for meals, medical care, or a personalized plan.

Gut-support tools should be selected in context: food patterns, tolerance, medications, symptoms, and goals all matter. More is not automatically better, and the right input is the one that fits the person.

Support the gut environment

So glad I was introduced to these powerful, plant-based powders. I can get 30 different fruits and vegetables every day in capsules or chewables that help bridge the gap between what I should eat versus what we do eat.

If capsules or chewables are not your preference, elevate your nutrition and hydration routine with our delicious Superfood Powder.

Forget generic green powders. This red, purple and green blend features the plant-based vitamins in a tasty daily beverage.

Each sachet delivers bioavailable polyphenols with antioxidant power in as little as 1 hour, thanks to our easily absorbed whole food-based formula providing fast, effective results.

Grow Wholesome Foods in your OWN home

I’m passionate about setting good habits and making fresh, nutritious produce choices so I wanted to grow my own garden.

Nutrient depleted soils and environmental toxins and pesticides are impacting the quality of our produce. Not only am I eating healthier, but I’m also ensuring my produce is wholesome, nutrient- dense and free from toxins. I’m also saving money minimizing waste and carbon transport.

My Tower Garden makes fresh herbs and produce visible, accessible, and easy to use. It turns a healthy intention into an environment that supports the habit.
So, join me on this journey toward a healthier, more sustainable future. We can grow some good health together!

Tower Garden makes gardening easier, smarter, and healthier. It’s easy for anyone to cultivate a thriving garden, whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner like me!

Enhance Mental Clarity, Working Memory, Energy & Alertness

When I choose a plant-based focus drink, I use it as part of a broader routine that also considers sleep, hydration, food, movement, and stress. Review ingredients and your individual health considerations before use. One of my daily non-negotiables is a plant-based nootropic and adaptogen blend that supports mental clarity, focus, and stress resilience without the cortisol spike of caffeine alone.

A more intentional focus ritual

Aromatherapy as a cue for regulation and behavior

Scent can become a repeatable cue to pause, breathe, focus, or begin a wind-down routine. In my work, aromatherapy is selected thoughtfully, with attention to goals, preferences, medications, sensitivities, and safe use.

Custom blends may be created around a defined wellness goal such as stress support, sleep routines, focus, or digestive comfort. Individual responses vary.

Make the supportive choice easier to repeat

The most useful strategy is the one you can sustain. That may mean a consistent breakfast, a two-minute breathing cue before a meeting, produce placed where you will use it, or an evening scent ritual that signals the transition toward rest.
This is how gut-first strategy becomes a lived system: biology, behavior, and identity working together.
